Cruel and unnatural boy that he is.
Jan. 15th, 2007 02:48 amSometimes I like to think Andy just likes to break me into tiny little pieces before pretending he's suddenly remembered he finished Idiot Rehab last summer. Like to think, because that means it's all planned and I don't have to hide quite so far under my desk or gibber quite so loudly at every break.
Idiot Rehab. He should totally invent that;most of all the players on tour would need to call in every now and then.
On related topics, I think they should stop giving Roger people to play in the early rounds. It's cruel. Instead they should make him wrestle bears or climb Ayers Rock using his teeth or something. I love the smug git to pieces but it's shooting fish in a barrel now.
That said, I want that purple Nike t-shirt he was practising in because *pretty*. No matter how deep I am in my current obsession with greens, purple will always be my first love.

Date: 2007-01-15 10:16 am (UTC)I have an English-related question, if that's alright. We have to do a presentation soon, and I'm not sure which to do it on - either The Bloody Chamber, The French Lieutenant's Woman, Seamus Heany or Jacob's Room. Did you have the same choice, and which would you recommend to do?

I loved the Bloody Chamber though; it was one of my favourite books all year. Plus you get to read fairy stories with it and it'll probably be fairly easy to find stuff to talk about on it. French Lieutenant's Woman... I got halfway through and died of boredom. Some of my friends liked it but I found it hard going. So, I think that's casting my vote Bloody Chamber-wards. :)
No History of the World in 10 1/2 Chapters"? this year? That was an awesome book.
