... Why? I don't know. Probably because there's no point going to sleep until the flatmates get back anyway because they'll be hammered (Oh, out of curiosity, do you none-Brits out there call being drunk 'hammered', or is that just us? Come to think of it, is it just us North Wale-ians who say that? Hhmm. *contemplates*) and wake me up walking into walls and such. Besides tomorrow is Sunday and Sundays are for sleeping if you're a student.

Besides, I'm having too much 'fun' watching Roger's Live Scores - did he have a stupid!moment a few games ago or what? He lost his serve and the next game teribly. He seems to have pulled his socks up again now though, so all is good.

Research for the Mardy/Andy fic has been going on, plans have been written out, notes have been made... all I need to do now is actually open Word and start typing. I'm just not sure if I'm awake enough. Hhhm. Give it a few minutes, see if the coffee kicks in. I'm also not sure about the sudden angst!bunny that's attached itself to the original plotbunny. This is not going to be a fic filled with sweetness and light. Will see how it works out; angst is good but only to a point.

*checks Live Scores* See Roger, was it that hard to get your ass in gear? Hhhm? *rolls her eyes*

Really I'm a little bored now, because I'm not quite awake enough to be productive, and not sleepy enough to sleep. Will conquer laziness and do something useful. Any minute now.

EDIT: o_O Having just written the warnings for this Mardy/Andy fic - tentatively titled Through Shadow by the way - I'm starting to think I went overboard on the angst in planning. The general opinion was that seventeen wasn't too young to be slashed... which isn't an excuse for my angst-love to go overboard. Am wondering if I should tone this fic down a little as I write. Maybe I'll write it and see what the general reaction is. There are definitely worse things happening in fic out there...

I've caved; it's 5am and I'm heading to bed. Through Shadow has at least been started which is good. Haven't heard Very Drunken Flatmate of dOOm return yet, but if she wakes me up after this, there will be murder committed.

All in all, I think it was a fairly successful 'peaceful night'. ^__^ I do like planning fic.

Ouch. I mean... *ouch* Roger. So maybe it's true, but what happened to the sweet little Swiss who never acted superior, especially to someone like Agassi? o_O It just seems a little... harsh coming from Roger. Oh well. I suppose no one can be constantly modest when you're as good as Roger Federer. Still, show some respect to your elders Roger. You never know, he may just hand your ass to your on a plate and then who'll feel stupid?

EDIT: He's back to his usual modest self later in the interview. Maybe a mosquito had just bitten him or something to put him in a brief bad mood. ;)
