Mwahaha! Retail therapy!

liroa15* But I saw fluffy black boots which lace up the front in my size for half price... and I caved. I think they're going to need some wearing in though, to make them totally comfortable. *sighs dramatically* Alas for boots that do not fit quite right!
I also bought thigh-length purple socks with pictures of playing cards on them... because they were half price too and v. cool. Dammit I just realised I meant to buy a milk jug and completely forgot. Damn. *starts writing a list for next weekend* I finally picked up a copy of Mallrats and some more cinnamon coffee. All in all, I had a very productive - if slightly more expensive than I planned - day. ^__^ Except R and K dragged me into every single clothes shop in the entire centre (which believe me, was a lot.) I tried not to whine. Though after about the fifteenth one, it got a little harder. Ahem. ;) I behaved myself though.
But the most productive part of the day in my opinion, was that the hour bus journey either way gave me time to plan fic and this Mardy/Andy fic is really taking shape, with a working title, a beginning, a middle, an end, certain lines... pretty much all that's left now is to write it and work out the remaining kinks as I go along. So I think I may work on that tonight or maybe have another bash atmercury32 fic to see if I get anywhere with it. I also have the next part of The Pretty Close to Invincible series to rewrite and more ficlets to finish... so I've got a *lot* of tennis fic to work on in my peaceful night tonight (most of the flat is going out, so I'll actually have some peace and quiet *happy sigh*).
So tonight will be a fic night, since I was so productive yesterday and got everything done. I haven't had a proper fic night in ages, so I'm looking forward to it. I'm just sad I don't have any chocolate to munch on. Still, I have coffee. :)
This Mardy/Andy fic is just begging to be written so I'm going to go pay some attention to it now. This was really just to say I had a very good day. ^___^
Ohliroa15, have you had the box I sent yet? If not it should get there Monday. I'll sulk if it doesn't.
Will probably be around later. :)
