I am small and the world is big...
Nov. 10th, 2004 12:02 amAfter starting the day in such a spectaculary idiotic, sleep-deprived fashion, I didn't really get any more intelligent. Went to Creative Writing lecture with Laura. Sat there for a few minutes with a few other people.
Realised no one else was coming. Went home, read the lecture list. Independent Study Week.
Felt dumb. ^__^ But was also amused.
I was on another planet entirely all day. People said hi as I passed, I didn't hear them. I kept forgetting who I'd seen. Spent ten minutes with Andrea trying to wake up Suzanne by banging on her door only to find out she was already up and in the shower and could we please stop breaking her door down now? *sigh* It's been one of those days when your own stupidity is endlessly amusing.
I am going to be mocked for years for that phone call this morning. *is resigned and more than a little amused*
In other - good - news, my Philosophy essay is almost done, only need to get motivated to finish the last 350 words. Which is just meant to be my opinion on "Free will means being undetermined by causes". Easy as pie.
*touch wood*
In less good news, decided am not going to submit the re-written Justification this week and need to write something else tomorrow afternoon. I do have a few plans however and I can always fall back on rewriting Dreams of Silk. Plus it means I'll have Close My Eyes to submit another week when I know my seminar group better and feel less anxious about getting a hugely antagonistic reaction.
Right; coffee, finish essay, bed in that order. And because I haven't said it since I finish Media and lost touch with Lora and that makes me sad... HAPPY WEDNESDAY! (to those of you in timezones where it IS already Wednesday that is. Hhhmm.)
