Aug. 19th, 2009 08:28 amA week or so ago I stumbled across Conversations with Richard Fidler completely by accident and, needing something to keep me entertained in work, thought "Why not." The first interview I listened to was Peter Allison and I went right on Amazon when I got home and bought his book, it was that good. So I've kept downloading and sticking them on the iPod and some are okay and some are great (love the two guys who kayaked across the Tasman; sad that Amazon doesn't sell their book over here) and all are very interesting.
Except when I just went to dl the newest one, iTunes gave me the little ! error sign next to it in the list and, when I clicked, informed me that "They'd stopped updating this podcast because you hven't listened to it recently."
Um. I have... I've been putting it straight onto my iPod and listening to them on that. Which is you know, kind of what I thought was the point of iTunes?
Dear iTunes, you are built of wtf. Quit telling me what I have and haven't listened to. Sheesh.
(You can find all the Conversations podcasts here by the way. They are totally worth listening to.)
