I have just enough internets left to say:

Dear LJ-all,

I am not moving to Dreamwidth. I'm sick of hearing about Dreamwidth. WHY IS EVERYONE GETTING A FREAKING DREAMWIDTH.

I'm staying right here. Unless all the awesome Merlin fic moves to Dreamwidth, in which case I will lurk suspiciously around the edges.

That is all. I'm now leaving for the Coromandel Peninsula.

I do not believe that the masses are going to move to Dreamwidth any more than that all of fandom moved to insanejournal a year ago.

(Personally I'm going to do an entirely different blog once I get my act together, heh. But that's it. I've only posted there to voice beta issues and will probably just put up a placeholder page.)

Everyone is getting a Dreamwidth except me who has been too engrossed by my tv and my painkillers. Also, I do not know what the point of Dreamwidth or even the benefits. So... I am staying with LJ. There is more than enough fic on here.

I have a Dreamwidth, and I'm going to try and awkwardly co-exist because, hey, there might be extra fic in it.

(But it's driving me up the wall that every post people make about Dreamwidth seems to be HAY GUYS LOOK HOW THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN LJ and my defensiveness kicks in.)

I wouldn't worry, I think it's just the latest episode of 'we don't like LJ no more, we're moving' and then everyone moving back when they realise that they get less feedback over there.
