I'm watching Smackdown (we don't get it until Fridays now for some unfathomable reason) and Jeff Hardy just arrived in a bright red Ferrari. :D Oh Jeff, you massive tool you. Even funnier is that he parked it between the massive lorry-trailers maybe used by the other wrestlers/to transport ring stuff and the one next to him had A GIGANTIC UNDERTAKER'S FACE ON IT. If that doesn't make you want a tougher car than a bright red Ferrari (like, a Bowler Wildcat or you know, a tank) then I don't know what will. Brrr. Freakish.

And then he tries to hug the Great Khali and comes up to about his belly button. Oh Jeff, their attempt to make you seem LOVED BY ALL backstage just made you look such a shortarse. I feel your pain. I look like that trying to reach things on high shelves.

He's still totally not eloquent in the ring. "I want to do bad things to bad people but I can't because it isn't in the script, so move on and watch me get the crap beaten out of me this Sunday instead!" He could do with some lessons from Rocky or early!Jericho. S'nice to see the entire arena go batshit for him though.

Oh hai Triple H! Mocking Todd for not knowing what the Latin on the back of his shirt means bwahahaha. Oh Trips. I'm staying up for No Way Out on Sunday (we get it free! We get hardly any PPVs free anymore; I miss the good ol' days where our biggest problem was switching to channel 4 for the Royal Rumble) for Jeff but I won't be too upset if you win.

I should probably go to bed; I only came down to check train times because my internet wasn't working upstairs but I just figured I'd see if Jeff opened Smackdown. Mmm. Also, apprently you Americans got Dollhouse yesterday? I'm sure we don't get it for ages. Gr.

Not that I'm bitter. Or anything. Ahem.

and triple h is still there!? i used to watch this when i was like, 10 and i hated him for breaking stephanie mcmahon and test up, lololololol. and i totally thought all of this was real.

I'm always amused when people say (which they all do) that they're surprised I watch wrestling, because I probably wouldn't have an LJ without wrestling. In fact my origins as a slasher and my trip to Australia and a disturbing amount of my life can be traced back to wrestling which should be more worrying than funny but somehow isn't. ^_^

Trips is still around in all his hulking glory. The Undertaker too. I started watching it because my brother did and I wanted to mock him for how bad it was... then suddenly I was watching it. *facepalm* It's not as good as it used to be though.

Oh man, watching this though has made me REALLY miss wrestling and the asylum.

And yeah, Dollhouse aired like... a couple of hours ago in my time zone. :-D It was good. Definitely a must watch. If I knew how to get it for you, I would SOOOOOO do that.

Well, yes. ^_^ But we probably loved him before most of the screaming kids in the audience going nuts every time he walks out right? It makes me feel kinda old. It's still bizarre that he's main-event material now.

I know. *sad* Occasionally I find myself reading Bitter Wine and wishing we were still begging/bribing Merc for more.

S'ok, I'll beg/bribe my way around to see if I can snag it from anyone. ^_^ I miss my university network where things'd be up the next day.

Yeah, my HLP has just finished talking me into going to some promotional photo and signature session Jeff Hardy is doing next Monday. (The Smackdown taping is here in town next Tuesday.) What's funniest is that she doesn't even like Jeff Hardy and doesn't watch wrestling. I haven't watched wrestling in years, but back in the day I liked Jeff well enough.

She just thinks it will be fun, and I am willing to play along.

Afterwards, we will have vegetarian Vietnamese food and have a good laugh, I'm sure. I'll post photos, if they're not too embarrassing.

*eeeeeennnnvvvvvyyyy* I may mock my own love for wrestling but that doesn't mean I wouldn't kill to go to a signing. I wish they'd do more stuff like that over here, just so I could go along and mock myself for being excited. I'm still pretty much a fifteen-year old dork when it comes to Jeff Hardy. ^_^

*grins* I mock anyone who buys a red sports car and anyone who buys a Ferrari. The two combined... Well, there is double the mockage. Possibly triple just for good measure.

Also it's the last car in the world I would've pegged as Jeff's, which made it more hilariously wtf? :)
