Can't breathe. Laughing.
Jul. 13th, 2008 03:24 pmOh Roger.
eta: I've mentioned how much I love Nike for these ads right? Because I really really do. I wish I could ever catch them on the actual TV.
eta the I'm avoiding doing anything useful and have rediscovered my love for youtube: I much prefer Roger giggling his way through interviews to crying. It's really cute. And wow, sometimes I really can't believe interviewers don't ask these questions deliberately.
I could totally be a sports journalist and get to ask these questions. Really. Or at least a tennis journalist, since a sports journalist in this country would mostly be a football journalist and yeah, not so much. But there are tennis journalists. Mmmm.

and if I were a tennis journalist interviewing roger, i'd probably end up asking stupid questions too... :p

Date: 2008-07-14 08:07 am (UTC)I'm sad that I've apparently been missing out on the Roger giggling for so long. :) He does have a giggle that makes everyone else giggle.
Mmmm, true. Considering that I haven't been able to say anything sensible to anyone famous that I've met, I'd probably be known as "that journalist who asks weird questions". ^_^ Though it could be worth it...

Date: 2008-07-13 04:37 pm (UTC)That second one never fails to make me laugh. And the fact that Roger interpreted the question like that makes it even funnier. Roger wins with the giggles. :D
You can be a tennis journalist! There are actually lots of them. I like Neil Harman (I think that's his name) who works for The Times, he writes really great articles.

Date: 2008-07-14 08:18 am (UTC)He obviously has a dirty mind. ^__^ He wins at giggling every time. They should give him a giggling trophy.
Ooo, I have a stack of The Times from over Wimbledon so I'll go have a look for him when I get home. It would be great to be a tennis journalist; it'd be like getting paid for something I do on LJ anyway. ^_^ Though the photographers totally get better seats. ;) S'not fair.
