Well play.com has relisted the second series of Torchwood for £37.99... but my pre-order still says £14.99.
Now we just see if they email us or let it go. They're allowed to backtrack according to their contract but it's their mistake. So maybe.
Also, my Jareth figure came today and he's standing on my computer looking mighty smug. The little crystal ball he comes with is very cute but the ten minutes after I took him out the box consisted of thirty seconds of "Oh look a mini crystal ball! Hee!" "Oh look he can hold it!" "Oh look I've dropped it. Uh. Ooops." And then nine minutes and thirty seconds of trying to find it on the floor. So that's gone back in the box. It'd look nice if he was a out-of-the-way shelf or a display cabinet or something.
I think I need to stop buying action figures though. They're taking over the two shelves above my desk and the desk itself. It's starting to get a little creepy to have them all standing there looking at me when I'm on the computer. Though I hardly am these days, since the internet is very firmly refusing to work on it, but the laptop isn't up to much either now. I had it sitting on ice packs to stop it overheating while I dled The Actors because it has Dylan Moran and everyone's life needs more Moran in it. I'm only resisting the stand up because
hill2k says he can lend it to me. Oh and I need to stop spending money, minor detail, but when has that ever stopped me before?
Though you know, technically I just saved £23 on Torchwood (shutupIwouldn'thaveboughtitfor£37.99nobutthat'snotwhatcounts). How much could I get for £23...
