edit: I really hope sharing the Seamus hair isn't going to count against Jessie, because I really like her. I couldn't say she's where I'd put my money until I've seen the others but she's awesome. Except John Barrowman should be banned from using horse metaphors. Ever.

edit the second: I'm going to love this show if they keep using songs I like. Black Velvet is gorgeous and it always reminds me of the Roger soundtrack I never made and really should.

edit the third: Looking back through my Any Dream Will Do posts reminds me that I'd started referring to ALW as His Webbyness. That's a habit I think I should keep going for this series.

They really kinda are. Though I was sad they didn't do solos because it's difficult to pick favourites from ensembles. And the Welsh boy's accent is hilarious. ^_^

He compared Jessie to 'a wild Irish pony' and then asked if she could 'be a Thoroughbred'. Even The Barrowman couldn't pull that one off.

It's an awesome song. I wish they'd given it to the blond girl with the deep voice because she would've done it better. They definitely gave some of them the wrong songs (I was outraged that they gave the Pink song to the worst singer. How dare they waste Pink like that). My dad thinks it was deliberate but then, he thinks it's all set up anyway.

I'm kind of a Jessie/Samantha fan already but I'll add Ashley to that. I don't actually vote, so my support consists of yelling at the screen but I like to think it still helps, somehow. :)
