Am officially Past It but have decided not to care.

Because it was an awesome birthday and an awesome weekend in general. Kind've irritating that I now have to go back to thinking of jobs and the damn job agency (though it ocurred to me I might just get another £90 while down in London, which considering my finances right now would be lovely. That said, I expect they'll say "You aren't actively looking for a job this week, so we'll just keep the money thanks." Which is annoying. Fair, especially since I decided somewhat mournfully that season two of Farscape was too expensive at £42 but still bought the mini-series and first season of Battlestar Galactica for £20 instead - but still annoying).

Will do the recap and photo thing tomorrow. Right now I'm knackered (forgot the clocks went back today and got up at my normal time when I could've had an extra hour of sleep, dammit) but Barnabas is getting some much-needed exercise in his ball so I'm off to play some more Alice. Which I'd pretty much given up hope of ever owning until hill2k gave it to me for my birthday and there was new levels of squee. It's fantastic.

Also: Top Gear tonight? Awesome. Except my mother needs to be banned from the room when I'm watching TV, since she talked through both TG and Long Way Down, about completely unrelated things. Very. Very. Annoying.

It really was awesome. I thought they couldn't get any better after the news and then Hamster racing the plane was hilarious. I need to watch it again without my parents in the room, to get some proper squee in.

I'm assuming we'll be watching the African special this Sunday...? :D
