Was just backing up my LJ due to the explodey of teh crazee over here (for some reason it would never work through uni net but worked mostly fine here) and came across an old entry:

My brother is watching the Smallvile DVDs. In French.

Me: Sion, you don't speak French.
My brother: I'm picking it up. I think Oui means yes... and Lex is some sort of space craft.

I miss my brother. Almost as much as I miss his DVD collection. Smallville! Woe.

I grateful they clarified it, but a little screwed, on account of a large chunk of my entries suggesting various ways of removing the Shrub.

Now I'm doubly confused by the whole mess. It still seems to me that it's all about a person's opinions on whether or not the posts/fic/whatever are appropriate. Not the person writing, but the person doing the deleting. *shakes head* This is why most of my entries are f-locked and pretty much all of my fic is.
