Doctor Who.
May. 5th, 2007 07:46 pmFirstly: TWO WEEKS? TWO SMEGGING WEEKS? BECAUSE OF THE *EUROVISION SONG CONTEST*?!!!! (That is why they said it would be delayed right? I was too busy shrieking over the unfairness of it all). No one cares about the bloody Eurovision. Least of all me when I'll just have handed in 22,000 words of creative writing and have to revise for Shakespeare solid for a week. I *need* Doctor Who. Especially when JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKK. JackJackJackJack. They're making us wait TWO DAMN WEEKS for David Tennant and John Barrowman on the same screen. You utter bastards.
Okay, over that for a minute. Have to say a grate yay for the return of the techspeak this week. I didn't understand it and I'm no biologist, so I don't know how authentic is sounded to an expert but it was more than good enough for me. In general this week was very enjoyable. A much more story-driven episode than character-based which seemed to make it go pretty quick but I enjoyed it. Much better than last week. Hooray! And Martha very firmly cemented herself as capable and likeable for me this week. Double thumbs up to her as a companion from now on.
No kittens though. I miss there being kittens.
I'm very excited about that teaser trailer. I really am. We should get the two-parter back-to-back since we've had to miss a week. It'd be the best finishing uni present ever. Unfortunately the Joseph thing? Totally not holding my attention now. I'm surprised at how little I care about anyone that's left. The only thing to differentiate them for me now is who I really want to see get voted off because I don't like them and everyone else has grace only because I'm apathetic/dislike them less. I'd rather have had Doctor Who go on for another hour instead. The guy on right now sucks so much. Ack.
edit: Why am I watching this Joseph thing? They all suck. The only one who might've been good this week was Keith and I missed him, so all I've seen is crap. CRAP. And I'm tone-deaf, so if I'm wincing then it must be bad.
edit: I've just realised that's delayed Seamus bitterness. Um. I'm over it! It's just a show. Yes. Sending them home, you git Webber.
