So my 'invitation' down to Cardiff to pet-sit now runs from 1st-16th July. Which is, well, cool because it means not only do I get to watch the Wimbledon final on a big TV in high-def, I have plenty of time to go through my brother's entire DVD collection, explore Cardiff and generally avoid the parents for as long as possible.

It might also mean I get my degree results while not in close proximity to the parents, which might -- depending on the rest of this year and doing the work I'm avoiding to type this -- be nice.

Wonder if anyone fancies a weekend in Cardiff? *thoughtful* Except the sofas suck to sleep on, so there would have to be airbeds and some way of keeping the cats off people who don't like cats. Which could be fun, considering both of them delight in waking me up in a variety of painful ways whenever I've tried to sleep in the room with them. And I like cats.

Caaaaarrrdddiifffff. One of the coolest places on the planet. Though the first thing I'll have to do on getting there is clean the entire house. *sighs over useless brothers*

I wanna go to cardiff lol ^^ I think this year though it's all about Wimbledon (Not that I have tickets) but purely going to London to try and stalk various tennis players roger

Cardiff is awesome. It's very handy to have a brother who lives there. :) Going to Wimbledon too (not that I have tickets either) to stalk Roger queue overnight, again. The things we do for tennis. ^_^

Mum just said we can go to Wimbledon if we go sit on that hill.

I can see it now though as there will be me, my Mum and possibly my friend with Roger banners/ swiss flags in the middle of the Murray fans. Cheering on with obvious dislike for Murray but it'd be so cool!

Yay! Wimbledon is very, very cool. Sitting on the hill is cool too, because you've seen it on TV so often and then you're sitting there. V. fun.

*giggles* People love Roger there too though, so you'll probably get away with it. I feel like I'm the only person to like Murray in the universe. *wistful*

I love Cardiff. Plus I have all the camping equipment needed, and it's cheaper for any more than 1 person to drive there and back han it is to go on the train. And Wrexham is on the quickest route from Holywell to there. And I like cats.

Cardiff = much awesomeness. *grins* Sounds like you've got it all planned so, party at my brother's house! He did say I could have anyone I wanted to stay as long as I cleaned up by the time they got back.

Come to Cardiff! We can have a massive get-together and go hang out around The Hub the big silver tower on the Bay until we spot John Barrowman/David Tennant/Russell T. Davis etc.

My brother may regret lending me his house. ^_^
