As much as I love Pasta Mondays (yes my week has a set menu, no I am not obsessed with routine, yes it is because I'm too lazy to come up with something new every day), every. damn. week. I end up cooking way too much. It's very irritating. Or, maybe it's just so I can tell my 'rents when they ask that yes, I'm cooking tons of veg without having to mention that half of it ends up sitting uneaten in the bottom of the bowl.

*Three years* and I still haven't got the knack of not-cooking too much pasta. Times like this, I start to suspect I'm not the brightest crayon in the box.

Yes, I am bored and avoiding my work/washing up. Do stuff flist. Dance or sing or spin round in circles until you fall over. Oh, and then make an LJ post about it for me to read, so I have more excuses not to work.

*grins* Curses! My evil plan failed. Okay firstly, it really isn't and secondly, I was appallingly bad when I started writing longer tennis slash. The early parts of the Pretty Close to Invincible series were the first thing and I rewrote them about three times before I wasn't too ashamed to post them. *pokes* You should practise more; then we get to read it and you get to feel better about your fic.
