clo_againWell I finally managed to hit the first 1,000 words of my NaNo novel and bits of the plot are *finally* beginning to emerge (and I'm already being a bitch to my favourite character. I love me.) It's already not looking promising for me to hit the 50,000 words but hey, I'd be happy with 30,000 at this point. *More* than happy; ecstatic no less. Now if the site would just stop running so slow... I'm 'Clo' over there by the way (surprise surprise).
Mmmm. Think this demands some coffee.
edit: I actually reached (and surpassed by a bit) the target for a day! Pleased with myself for keeping at it. Okay so I'm well aware I'm already almost 3,000 words behind but that's beatable. If I was over 5,000 words behind, maybe then I'd worry but right now I'm riding the wave of accomplishment.

Now I just have to do it all over again tomorrow. Mm. Maybe I'd better go to bed. :-/
