Pretty pictures....
May. 7th, 2003 09:15 pmThere was a very impressive sunset outside a few minutes ago and it was so nice me and my brother worked out how to use the digital camera and snapped a few shots before it vanished. My brother screwed up what could have been the best one by moving so it blurred, but I got two good ones from outside.

Haven't done the picture thing for a while so hopefully it'll work.
Off till onepm tomorrow, hence why I'm on the 'net now instead of working. I'm planning on doing solid revision tomorrow morning on 'The Wasps' and I'm skiving on Friday to do the Peace, then it's practice questions aaaallllllllll weekend. -_-
Did you all hear about the two copies of the Order of the Phoenix minus covers that were found in a field in Suffolk, about a mile from where the books are being printed? A guy found them while he was walking his dog and rang The Sun newspaper who - amazingly - gave them back to the publishers without revealing any of the plot!! *cries* Can you imagine how much money the guy could have made, selling them to a private collector?!!!! Sian reckons it was all a huge publicity stunt but my brother thinks The Sun wouldn't have gone along with it. *snickers* Knowing what the Sun is like, I'm perfectly sure it *was* a publicity stunt. Details can be read on The Sun website here: http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2003210296,,00.html
My Classics teacher Sian has a new toy - a tablet computer, where you have a pen instead of a mouse. It's fantastic - I'd love one because it would be so much easier to draw on Photoshop, but they're about £800-£1000 so I haven't got a hope. *sighs* Maybe one day.
Right, I'm off to finish randomly decorating my revision folder before I start my crash-course revision tomorrow. ^-^
*hugs
rainisnice Miss you sweetie.
