I've had steak and potatoes, cooked to perfection (for the first time *ever* by me. My success rate with steaks is not so good.) I have old Top Gear episodes to watch. I have tea in a new, official Wimbledon mug with strawberries on it.

Life? Is *good*.

Had a great weekend. Very tired now. Not up to much coherence. Wimbledon museum was *awesome*. Mardy is even prettier when you're standing right in front of him. Also, we managed not to embarrass ourselves in any way despite being well within falling-over-and-clinging-to-his-knees distance. kindoftrouble demonstrates how close we were and also shares her very pretty Mardy pictures. (Be nice and let her know if you steal them. :) ) It was all good.

I have stuff to do. Am ignoring said stuff tonight. Sleepy. Mmmm.

Oh and we've decided Roger is actually the devil, on discovering that an archaic name for the devil is "Old Rodger". It's beginning to be spooky.

I know. If Rafa had won you know properly I wouldn't mind but it felt like, well to me at least that he threw it away..like he wasnt even trying and that made me really sad.
I hope he does okay in Wimbledon....

Only caught the last few games of the match but I couldn't work out how they'd had 6-1/1-6 sets. I just wanted him to win because... well, because I did. And because I think he needs it psychologically right now. :( Still, his best surface for the next few weeks. That has to help.

I watched the whole thing, it was so so WEIRD.
At first he was so confident and Rafa was chucking balls about and he just HAMMERED him.
And then Rafa picked up and Roger went kablooy, it was like it wasnt him he kept hitting balls miles off point, he couldnt get any first serves in it makes me worry about Wimbledon but it is his best surface soo...

I wanted him to win so bad too :(

That is weird. :-/ I saw him hit a few really terrible balls out towards the end but I thought it was just when he was losing and trying too hard. I think Rafa's really got to him mentally by now and it's not good for him at all. This clay court season must've hurt his confidence. At least Rafa's not so great on grass and probably won't be any threat to him, so he can maybe get some momentum going again to go into Wimbledon with.

Still adore the guy though lol bring on wimbledon!!
He really needs some confidence though.
