We have some manner of freaky bird living around here. Every night for the last few nights I've heard it, sort of a squeaky, fast-paced shriek as it flies over or whatever the hell it's doing. It's kind of annoying but more so because I don't know what it is. I've only heard it recently so maybe it's migratory or it hasn't long moved in. Hmm.

Another random question in the midst of my stress: would In His Absence work as original if I changed the names and possibly places to non-specific? it'd save me having to completely overhaul this other piece and give me some nice leeway with the wordcount. Oh god please let me do that. I don't have time to rewrite properly.

Starting the essay soon, thank whatever deity you believe in. Though, it's annoying that my laptop is picking up a wireless network (I think it's the one from the food court which I can see from my window) but I haven't got the network key to use it. It'd save me having to unplug internet cables to send things from the laptop to the main computer which isn't hard it's just... eh.

Gotta keep writing. >_< In some alternate reality, I may just get this finished on time. Or close enough. Maybe.

Yay! Too much stress is so very bad. That'd be shiny and awesome because it'd give me much less to finish after I write the essay. Mmmm. I'll read through when I get to that point and see what I'll have to do.

It's worse when this stress is all my own fault for not starting this even a day sooner. >_

You could even leave the names -- at least first names the same and just possibly change some of the details.

Probably. ^_^ And he's kind of nice, so I'd feel guilty doing that to him.

I'm not going to get any sleep tonight at all. o_O I'm so glad I've got all weekend to sleep it off before I have to start exam revision.

*giggles* That's just it, I don't think I've written graphic bible!slash. The one about Judas getting interviewed by heaven's angels might've even been submitted this year if I'd wanted to bother with the inevitable debate about Jesus/Judas (though my seminar class if so lovely; we've had quite a few gay couple stories this year).

*snuggles back* No class until October now. ;) Though I tend to skip the ones after handing in a big piece of coursework anyway because I'm usually too tired to pay attention. ^_^

If I'm feeling daring next year, I might. ^_^ And if I get as good a group again. (I love my university sometimes. My group was so laid back about everything controversial this year; it was very relaxing. :) If I don't start writing this essay, I won't be graduating ever. >_< Ack.)
