I hate reading fic where you can see the end looming up evil and twisted and inevitable but you can't stop reading because it's so. Damn. Good.

Go and read Notes on the Domestication of Birds by nostalgia_lj before it makes me cry and I don't like it anymore. Usually I hate the 'Doctor.Rose settle down on Earth' type of fic but this takes exactly what I hate about it and uses it to show why it wouldn't work. And the Doctor works at Tesco. That alone would be enough.

I get the feeling I should go get a cup of coffee before the last part. Oh dear.

*dies of giggles* I'm really, really procrastinating today. It's awesome, except not in the part where I miss my deadlines and fail.

(I'm doing better; I actually have a work-related webpage open now. I might even get round to reading it in the next ten minutes. Um. Yes. We don't need *work*, we need fun to de-stress.
