clo_againI'm fairly bored. My brother is watching some ancient episode of Farscape when Zaan was still in it and I'd forgotten how cool her makeup was. I wanna Zaan icon! Can I get one Mommy? Urgh, weird mood tonight. And I HAVEN'T TYPED! *passes out* Ssssoooooo gonna be swamped this weekend.
Took my cat to the vet earlier - he hasn't been eating and he hasn't been a happy bunny for the last few days. We had to ring round every vet in the area to find one that was still open but we found one in the end. Nearly hit this goose in the road on the way too. For some odd reason I found it ironic that we nearly hit a goose while on the way to the vet. Told you I need more sleep. So anyway, my cat had an abscess on the side of his mouth, the vet said probably from fighting another cat which fits since I heard godawful yowling outside my window about two nights ago. The vet gave him an injection, gave us some pills for him and then Casper *slunk* back into his travel box without a sound! Which considering we fought for about ten minutes to get him in there in the first place was utterly incredible. So he's okay, although he hasn't eaten for a few days. We were trying to think of something soft to give him to eat until his mouth heals but the best we came up with was chicken soup although I did suggest using the blender to liqudise some cat food. *smirks* Didn't go down too well with the woman.
Right. I'm off to have a bath and read my book then type or write when I'm more awake. *yawns again* And I've got a bloody IT key skills exam tomorrow that I nearly forgot about. Meh.

Date: 2003-03-20 08:52 am (UTC)The exam was vaguely easy, but didn't have ONE question on stuff I would consider essential to using a computer. There were about 15 questions on spreadsheets and what formulas they use to calculate stuff - and I haven't used a spreadsheet for about five years and I go on the computer every day! So I'm pretty sure I got all that wrong. It was a load of pants honestly.
*mumbles about bloody governments giving us useless exams*
It's done now, unless I have to resit. *cheers* Key skills all done! ^-^
