Argh, I hate to say this but I'm at 4,756 words and I'm going to have to leave it, 'cause I'm too tired. I'm at that point where what I'm writing doesn't make sense anymore, plus I have at least another 1,000 words to go. I can't believe I just motored through the first three quarters of it with barely a pause though... if it hadn't turned out a little longer than I thought, it'd be done now and I haven't done that with a fic in *forever*. Almost 5,000 words in a night is closing in on the 7,000 I used to manage for Halcyon.

Unfortunately, this does mean you'll all get Halloween fic tomorrow, when it's absolutely not Halloween anymore. Sigh. Nevermind, at least I'm almost on time.

Ngh, I really really need sleep. Severe sleep deprivation kicking in. Wow.
