A flatmate just restored my faith in flatmates in general by buying me cinnamon and raisin bagels. YAY!!! I've been rationing them out one by one, so to have a whole new pack is much with the awesome.
Unfortunately the flatmate who annoyed me earlier didn't even come and ask if I wanted her to get me anything while she was there. She didn't even tell me when they were *leaving*, she just went. -_- I don't know if I did something or said something... but I can't think of anything that would explain this sudden bout of childishness, because I've really gone out of my way to be helpful in the last couple of weeks.
But screw her because I have cinnamon bagels and I'm going to York tomorrow and even though I have to write 1000 words of a short story in the next nine hours, I don't care, because it's not exactly *hard*. Also, House was much with the awesome tonight, especially since I haven't seen this one before, and I've just realised that I haven't seen next week's either. And it's on my birthday next week. I shouldn't get this happy and excited over a *show* but I do. Even though y'all over there on your continent of Getting Good TV First are already on series two. :P
Okay, really should go and write something now. Anything. I mean anything *submittable* for you damn muses that are trying to distract me.

Date: 2005-10-20 11:28 pm (UTC)Yay for having cinnamon bagels -- though you can take the raisins. I like just the cinnamon swirl bagels. Do you have those?
:-P We may be on season two of House, but because of baseball, it hasn't aired in ages and won't air until next month. :-(

Date: 2005-10-20 11:34 pm (UTC)Cinnamon swirl?! I don't think so, at least not in the general shops. :( I was surprised enough that they stretched to anything other than plain bagels. They sound gorgeous (though anything even remotely cinnamon-y sounds good to me. ;-) ) I'll check out some bakeries in York tomorrow and see if I can find any.
And okay, how cruel is that?! o_O At least over here things do tend to show straight through, except on the odd occasions that BBC decides some dull snooker is more important. That's awful. How are you supposed to follow storylines if they don't show things for weeks? :(

It's evil and stupid and I hate it! Now, if it were for tennis, that would be okay. For hockey, I could live with it, but for baseball?? That's just wrong.
