I'm sorry for my utter lack of being here lately. Everything should calm down somewhat tomorrow, I hope. Comments and everything will be done then. We're having a big group three-course meal tonight and then watching Silence of the Lambs - since I have to review it for the uni newspaper and any excuse to watch it again is good :D - so I probably won't be around until late, if I'm around at all.

Went to a Film & Lit lecture today, even though I can't take it with my combined major. I am deeply, bitterly frustrated because it was fantastic and I could *see* myself loving it, writing essays, studying it, everything. And yet I'm not allowed to do it - even though I *know* there were people in that lecture theatre who don't particulary like the course and are only doing it because they think it's an easy option, sitting around and watching films. I hate the stupid English department. English and Creative Writing shouldn't even *be* considered a combined major like that, not when it's the official name of the entire damn department.

liroa15, I got an envelope yesterday which I haven't opened yet because I'm assuming it's birthday related. Am I not supposed to be opening it till my birthday?

Off to help cook food now. Maybe back later. Argh. I need a day off.

It is indeed birthday related and I didn't wrap anything in it because I am lazy, so you may not open it. I have better plans for Christmas though.
