I don't mean to sound rude or bitchy or snobbish, but I assumed all second year Creative Writing students would have a good grasp of grammar. At least *some* sense of how not to utterly screw up the flow of a paragraph by putting in a line that should be two sentences down. A basic sense of how to *write* in the style of a story.

I was so very wrong. Where is the sense of story, for the love of all that's unholy! Style!! Find one!!

...I really need a nap but I'm afraid that knowing I have to write not-too-rude comments all over these peoples' stories and hand them back to said people may give me nightmares. -_-

*snuggles* That just flat out sucks that they're 2nd year and they still don't get the basic concepts. They need to find new majors apparently.

*snuggles back* Seriously, if I came across fanfiction written like some of my group is writing, I'd just skip it. The vast majority of tennis slash I've read in the last few months is much, much better. And these are people that are meant to be the *best* at what they're doing. It's just crazy. -_-

I don't know, maybe I was being too optimistic hoping I'd get a group with people who wrote as well as all the tennis slashers and other good ficcers. It's just disappointing. *sigh*
