Oh boy yeah. This morning, right in the middle of me answering LJ comments? The people who look after the network decided it was the right time to cut the internet off completely until we'd "validated" our computers. Which I tried to do but it wouldn't accept my password, so, I went up to the library and changed it. Still didn't work. Kept on not working until just a couple of hours ago which means it was probably the dumb network people's faults and I didn't have to queue for half an hour to change my password at all. And then flatmates decided to hang out in my room all night, so I couldn't even use it when it *was* working.
One of those days. -_-
*snuggles back* I'm about ready to strangle the next person who walks through my door, so I need all the snuggles I can get. *sighs*
I think Mirka could handle anyone if she took on Johnny Mac. *grins* She's awesome.
And our network peoples aren't so scary actually. If I'm a geek, they're uber-geeks, with the whole long-hair-glasses-slightly-nervous-twitch look to them. It's quite funny. :)
Most network people are that way. A six year old could probably scare most of 'em says the person who goes to school with like ninety percent networking type people.
