Watching Top Gear. Jeremy Clarkson just started shrieking with glee as he drove an insanely fast car. dukedee, I'm going to turn the TV on in five or six years time and find you on this show, aren't I? *grins* I know absolutely nothing about cars but I can certainly appreciate the snarkiness of this show. Snarky is gooooood.

Still haven't done any work today. Spent much of the afternoon sitting outside a pub in town, writing a letter to liroa15 which is finished, and should hopefully all get sent tomorrow. However I've finally got a plotbunny for the long-awaited long promised postcard fic and I'm kinda hoping to write it in the next few days so I can get the postcards sent out, so maybe Thursday.

But I really need to do some proper work, so am going to disappear for a few hours and do that. *nods* No fic tonight I don't think, but tomorrow maybe.

Why not? Sounds like a plan to me! A lot of people wont watch it because they think it's just about cars and it'll be boring, but it really is something everyone can watch. Watching it with Greg, Dub, Ian and Jules was fun.

*grins* Then when I write my first book and get famous, can I have a guest spot and have to drive around the track? ;-) And I'm not really all that mad about cars but I love it. It's just awesome. ^__^ Stupid women's football taking it's timeslot next week. *grumbles about the stupid BBC*

Yeah, sure. If you like you can have a practice in a car park in a very low-priced car in the summer. £80 this one. That's £30 more than the last.

Needed a little work. The last one was £50, and it had less wrong with it. This one's had that much welding it's now probably bomb-proof.

Passing your test? Got nothing to do with driving a car on private land.

*giggles* I'll keep that in mind if you ever offer me a lift. ;-) or y'know, during an air raid if we need to shelter somewhere. ^__^

Would help if I could *actually* drive before attempting to, well... drive though wouldn't it? :)
