I didn't listen to the part of the instructions that said you should leave a white border around the edge, though you can hardly see any white edges on the actual t-shirts. The one I'm doing for Andy is going to have a white border. :) Because sometimes instructions know what they're on about.

It wasn't from a specialty shop or anything, so somewhere should. :-) Stationery stores I think, or anywhere that sells computer paper might have something like it. It's so fun! :-D *pets it*

I can get shirts easy enough from the place I got my Switzerland shirt made easy enough. I'm just afraid that I'll get the wrong size of shirt for someone because I promise no one I know, besides sister, is the same size as I am and they wouldn't be able to wear it, which would be sad.

They're easy enough to make. They have books full of transfers and you memorize your number and pick out a shirt and they iron it on for you. They only have small, medium, large, and extra large, which simplifies things somewhat. Hey, come to think of it, that's how most shirts are sized here. Small all the way!
