So that Philosophy I was meant to do this morning? I got up early. I started it. And then I got sidetracked. *sighs* But I'm going to work on it for the rest of the night now, especially since I've had a good day and am in a happy mood. :) (Plus it's just a matter of working out plans for each of the three questions - and I Only. Have. To. Pass. *chants it*)I finally managed to get a MakePovertyHistory wristband from a stall on the main square and had a good creative writing seminar. Good day. :)
The Make Poverty History people were really going all out - there was a coffin in the middle of the square - just on a stand, cordoned off in the middle of the square. It was quite bizarre - with a notice on it saying something like '30,000 people die every day from preventable causes' or something along those lines. It was so original (yesterday there was one of the water fountains with the big plastic tanks on top filled with dirty water and a notice saying 'Would you like to drink this water?') I love being a student. ^__^ Some people with a guy dressed as a priest picked the coffin up later and walked through campus with it. It was insane but really good. The main square is never dull. :)
I've realised that I'm only here for about another nine days. Which is crazy; I feel like I've only just come back... but at the same time Christmas feels like years ago. It's weird. I can't wait to get home though, if just to start decorating my room. I love decorating. ^__^
*watches news* I. DON'T. CARE. THAT. CHARLES. IS. GETTING. MARRIED. DAMMIT.
So yes, plans are still on to get Halcyon 3 done tomorrow. Apart from the possiblity I'll fail this test tomorrow, life is pretty good right now. :) Despite the fact I still owe a million people comments. I'm going to start handing out IOUs...
To work!
Clo
EDIT: Ever think you might be addicted to your LJ? *thoughtful*
EDIT2: Another thought; I'm British so why do I use American ratings for my fanfic? *contemplates*
Okay I'm going to do some work now, I swear. *goes*

Date: 2005-03-09 12:16 am (UTC)Um... U, PG, 12a, 15 and 18. Okay I can't believe how weird it felt to type those when I can type PG-13 without even thinking about it. >_< Bad Brit that I am...

"The main square is never dull."
If you'd like some dull come to Swansea. Even the weather's given up on it.
