I have a plan!

And the plan is to declare this week, Sunday to Sunday, International Tennis Slash Week. One because liroa15 thinks Deuce - quite probably the first completely tennis slash website ever - will be up this week so it'd be a good celebration, and because we've already made a good start. I personally have a fairly quiet week until Saturday, so I can manage a few fics. :) Plus anything that gets me more tennis slash is a good thing. ;)

Presentation went well I think. Nothing went horribly wrong that I can think of and we all had stuff to talk about. I have to write a 500 word report on it for next week but anything under 1000 words feels like a paragraph after 2500 words english essays, so that'll be no problem. I'm just relieved we got ours over and done with first and now we can sit back and enjoy everyone else's. :)

We (may) have some snow later in the week. GRATE YAY! :D Except rainy_roz just texted me from Durham to say 'I've been sledging! How much snow have you got?!"

*looks out the window at the bright sunny weather*

Will. Not. Break. Things. *sulks*

I'm going to watch Neighbours, sleep and do Creative Writing crits before thinking about tennis slash. I quite possible have an almost-one track mind...

Deuce. I'm probably, arguably, the best person to answer this question. It's not going on Geocities. clo and I have a mutual friend from our Asylum, this is a long story better told at a later date, falln who once offered me some website space to move my personal site to her server.

Now, my personal site, which is on Geocities, is quite possibly the biggest pain in my ass ever, so I'm not moving that. But falln is going to let us use the space for Deuce. So, I guess we have a domain, we're just not paying for it, and since neither clo nor I can code, one of my friends is doing that for us. As soon as she gives me the code I'm going to try and FTP it onto the appropriate server and hope like hell that it works. I shall tell you all when I have it figured out. *nods*

But ... I think that was what you wanted to know, yes?

Ah Geocities ... the great destroyer. I don't think we'd ever use that ... well okay maybe not never, but it would be a last resort.

As for my explanation? Don't count on it making more sense. Half the stuff I write never makes sense, even to me.
