My brother asked me a few days ago why I asked him to get me the Firefly box set for Christmas. He asked didn't I want a Buffy or Angel box set instead or something more expensive and I realised that I didn't - I adore Firefly. More than Buffy? Probably not. But it's a close thing. "Sir... I think you have a problem with your brain being missing." ^_____^ I think I need some Firefly icons when I get the time. Hhhmm.

Got letters from liroa15 and shana0809 this morning! ^________^ I LOVE the cinnamon gum - I can't believe you don't like it! You do know when I've eaten it all that I'll be begging everyone and anyone to send me more right? Am about 80% sure we don't get it over here, though I'll have to check that. And it's too delicious to live without. ^_______^ I've got stuff to send back but I want to get a couple of things from Lancaster to send with it all, so it'll get sent when I get back in a week or so. ^__^ I love post... Mail. :D

The essay research that was going to get done today... didn't. The man decided, having put it off all over Christmas, that this morning was the best time to fix my wardrobe. The ensuing mess took the entire day to clean up. On the plus side I took it a step further and you can now finally see the books in my bookcase rather than heaps of receits, beanie babies and random Eeyores over everything. All that remains now is my desk... which I couldn't face cleaning after all that. At least you can actually see the floor and bed and chair now though, which you couldn't for the last couple of weeks.

So I have tennis slash to write and an essay to start and finish the research for, preferably tomorrow so I can write it over the next few days. I really don't want to leave this one till the last minute. Damn English essays. *sighs* But right now I probably couldn't concentrate so... tennis slash! :)

And Firefly. Because Firefly = much snarky goodness. ^__^

It's delicious and wonderful and I can't stop eating it. Even the Dentyne Fire gum which almost burnt a hole in my tongue. ^__^ I love cinnamon. Mmmmmmm. I can't find cinnamon tic tacs over here either. Dad suggested I email the company and beg them to start selling them over here. Scary thing is I'm actually considering it. ^__^

I'm planning on hopefully getting some tennis slash up tonight, maybe some ficlets and various bits and pieces that aren't enough to merit their own post like the couple of things I've written for Merc. :) Good way of welcoming in the New Year.
