I can't sleep beyond about seven hours anymore.

I keep waking up and staring at the clock, thinking it must be time to get up. *sighs* Still, it's good to be getting more sleep. I might not fall asleep in Philosophy again today. :-)

Feel better this morning. Hopefully everything'll be fine 'till Friday. It all just got to me yesterday. *snuggles everyone again* Love my f-list. ^__^

I made no comment on the election of the new Pope yesterday, really because I had nothing to say. All the news channels were complaining that they'd wanted someone more progressive. *blinks* This is the Church. What did they expect, the new Pope to come outside in ripped jeans and a Greenpeace t-shirt declaring undying love for gay people? No offense meant of course, but there was never - will never? - going to be a Pope like that. *shrugs* The way things are.

I want breakfast and to do some Philosophy reading and then to go shopping for very late birthday presents after my seminar. *ponders* I think I am in need of a little retail therapy, I'm just debating what form it should take.
