I don't even *like* flapjacks with walnuts in. -_- Stupid flapjack-making flatmates, tempting me with the chewy goodness. Mmmm.

In other news, my flat is terrifyingly quiet tonight. My flat is *never* this quiet before 3am. I'm starting to wonder if someone has abducted them all because it's really quite spooky. Oh no, a door just opened... phew. Am not going crazy.

There's ice on the cars underneath my window, which I know will be gone in the morning. Before I moved to a place where I could actually *see* parked cars at night, I don't think I appreciated just how much ice forms and melts every winter without me even noticing. I thought we only got ice when it was really cold, but apparently not.

And I've started work on the next part of this AU which has already, fairly predictably, been named Halcyon. Not sure when the next part will be done but shouldn't be too long. Before the weekend I think.

Hhhmm... now what to do? *wanders off to work on fic*

I have a clean room. Yay!I have accomplished absolutely nothing today. Yay! Okay that's a lie. I got my Philosophy essay back and instead of failing like I thought I would, I got 68. Which is fantastic and way better than I deserve considering I just raced through throwing down any old thing off the top of my head. It's also the third time I've got 68 for something in Philosophy. I'm starting to think I'm doomed to always be two marks off that First level... not that it matters this year anyway. Still, was pleased. Am not failing Philosophy! Great yay! It also means I can stuff up the test next week and still pass the year if I do average in the exam. Most excellent.

I want to write fic but I need to write something for Creative Writing before midnight and I haven't even thought about what to do yet. So I'm going to do what all students so when faced with a dilemma... go look for food. Preferably something filled with sugar/caffeine/both. ;) However I know where the next part of Halcyon needs to go and will be working on it after CW piece is done. *plots*

It's also really f**king cold in my room. o_O I may actually have to turn the heating on for the first time in months.

Anyway, busybusybusy... will probably be around all night, since I'll need to be working out the new CW website when I've actually written it. Now, to find food...
