I think my brain cell is overworked...
May. 20th, 2004 04:48 pmI have the utterly terrible feeling there was a comment I was meant to reply to, or an email I was meant to send (not the one to
liroa15; I just sent that) but something else. And it's bugging me. Ahhhh. Maybe it's my muses making me paranoid.
Speaking of muses, having just been greatly amused by Merc and Lirpa's crazy muse-comment battle, my own muses are kicking up. Surprisingly it's revision orientated but still... See I was bored in Classics. And reflecting that I seriously need to revise Greek Comedy. And I started to wonder what the Inmates would be like in Ancient Greece. Now I'm wondering what my muses would be like in Ancient Greece. It's a bad bad thought. o_O BUT at least it's helpful for revision; I'll have to revise my Ancient Greece stuff. Hmm. I still have a promised Hector/Achilles Troyslash for Merc which I will write after I see the movie again. Still haven't set a date but probably next Monday is the likeliest.
I'm getting the sense of more and more things to do gradually piling up on top of me - hence my desperate attempts to combine everything towards being revision-helpful. Gggrr. I hate exams. But I got a completely unexpected Good Luck card today from Charly in Ireland which made me happy. ^______________^ *hugs to Charly*
One of my favourite shops in town is 'closing for refurbishment' *sighs*. On the plus side that means everything is reduced; I got a ton of stuff really cheap, including a fun coffee mug for £2. I may go back tomorrow for some pictures (though I have no room) because they were seriously pretty.
Now I will be off to continue doing everything I've skived off doing for the last few nights. Procrastination is fun while it lasts but the catching up is a bitch. -_-
Love, peace and jelly babies!
