Apr. 23rd, 2003 03:13 pmI'm eating an Acid Pop. And it is moderately painful. I got a reduced Harry Potter Easter egg and it had an Acid Pop, Bertie Bots Every Flavour Beans and a Chocolate Frog with it. They actually added an Earwax flavour into the every flavour beans *grimaces* I'm not sure if I want to risk eating them, last time I got a horseradish one and couldn't get the taste out my mouth all day. Bleargh. But they also have Strawberry Ice Cream flavour. *drools* But in the meantime I'm merely burning holes through my tongue with this Acid Pop. I love Harry Potter candy. It's entertaining.
I got my Moulin Rouge DVD! *big grin* I was watching the writing commentary earlier and the director said Toulouse was sort of in love with Christian. *shakes head* All I need is another slash pairing. but I'm not too bothered because I love Christian/Satine so much. So much in fact I'm incoporating them into this weird, multi-fandom fic I'm planning for after Myth, along with my sadly neglected Wolvie muse and several others.
Speaking of Myth, the latest chapter is nearly 9,000 words long. o_O It took me till 3:15am last night to finish and although I had major fun writing it I really can't afford to make every chapter that long or I'll never finish it. I probably could pare it down if I wanted to but it's pointless now that it's done. I'll just try to keep the next chapters shorter. ^-^ More Lamp of the Valar to write sometime too. Ach, I need more time! Oh for the summer when I have no work..... blissful smile*

sweetyuk I'm amazed that I didn't realise before how close you were. It's very fun meeting someone online who knows places I know, like Chester Zoo. I'm used to thinking of everyone as 'far away', in Australia and the US.
Right, now I'm off to finish this watercolour painting that's been bugging me for days. I hate watercolours, I always fight with them but still I use them. *rolls eyes* Foolish.
