Hah that reminds me - finished Jasper Fforde's Well of Lost Plots earlier and one of the standard 'adverts' in the back read "TAKE YOUR HOLIDAYS IN THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF WALES. NOT ALWAYS RAINING."

I'm being bored in between working on Bounty. It's getting there. The added scenes are giving it more of a purpose I think. Plus I managed to keep the whole peaches thing in. *rolls eyes at self*

And you'll get it. Wrote another 800 words tonight (with Mardy! ^__~) Should be over 10,000 words when it's done, which may be the longest tennis fic I've ever written. Hell the longest thing I've written in ages. ^__^

Mardy was in the original 'Bounty' too though, wasn't he? Or maybe that was the other fic, that was supposed to stop me from complaining about 'Bounty'? yes, I think it was the other. Yay Mardy! You're moving up in the world. :)

*thinks* I can't remember him in Bounty... then again I can't remember the other fic either. Which one was that? Oh wait; Mardy *was* mentioned in the 'original' Bounty come to think of it. This time though he gets to actually show up and do stuff. ;-)

We love Mardy. ^___^ It was hearing he shared a room with Andy at the Olympics that got me thinking about him in the first place.

I recently read that it was actually a four-person set of rooms and Andy's coach and someone else shared too but I chose to ignore that and focus on the Andy/Mardy. ^__^
