Christmas Shopping

clo_againHo ho ho, I love Christmas shopping. Although this was only finishing off the last few things and I also spent more money on myself than anyone else *sheepish*. I bought a tie-dye purple top from the Rainforest shop (I adore that shop) which cost... well more than I expected. Then walking past the Disney store I saw an Eeyore teddy in the window *dressed as an angel* with wings and a halo and everything! I immediately fell in love with it but on further investigation could find none on the shelf in store so I went away, disappointed. Ten minutes later I was back ready to buy the one out the window, but luckily they had one in the store room so I bought him! ^-^ Then I noticed there were a £1 off the Eeyore socks and couldn't resist..... so I ended up with Eeyore socks too. They're gorgeous. I think I have a sock fetish. Hhhhm. Actually I have an Eeyore fetish. My room is being swamped with Eeyore teddies. The great thing about this latest one is that he's meant to go on top of a Christmas tree like an angel. ^-^ Only he's a bit heavy so he keeps falling off.
Things I DIDN'T buy include: The greatest shot glass with "I'm just an Inmate in this insane world" with which I was EXTREMELY tempted and if I could have shipped it to Australia without is getting smashed en-route then Merc would have had for Christmas, a keyring with "I'm immature, disorganized, and irritating but I'm fun" on it and another pair of Eeyore socks. Oh and a pair of Gryffindor socks. I would have bought a Gryffindor scarf if I could have found one (and afforded it) because I saw a woman wearing one and I was like "Wow, a Gryffindor scarf!" My parents were just there @_@ as if to say 'She isn't with us'. And I bought a Santa hat and wore it. Hehehe. Going to wear it to college too, since I'm giving out my presents tomorrow.
Media was entertaining today. We have to be at college at *5am* in January when we're going to Disneyland. Me, Lora and Marc took about five minutes to get over the shock of that and realise that it looks like we're going to be doing some pretty fun stuff while we're there. A day in the Park, half a day in the Disney studios and half a day in Paris and shopping at Cite Europe on the way home. ^-^ Amazingly my media article fitted perfectly into my layout for it which is great since I thought it would be far too short. I then tried to type up Lora's for her because I can type faster than her, but I kept reading her writing wrong. *grins*. Marc backed me up though - she'd written 'Kevin' but we both said it looked like 'Keuh' so she had to admit it did. ^-^ Then I protested she was being cruel to the 'people' she was interviewing by giving them weird phobias, but she insisted it was all in aid of the article. Poor defenceless imaginary people.
Anyway, must be off to wrap the presents I bought tonight which I'm not going to say here as I know for a fact my friends who I've bought presents for read this. ~_^ They'll just have to wait till tomorrow. ^-^
Less than a week until TTT comes out! But we're not going to see it til the Sunday (if we can get seats). Bummer.
