I tend to find prescribed sedatives work best, but you can make your own remedies using random mixtures of the various ingredients you find laying around the home, such as bleach and toothpaste. Honestly? I just switch off - forget about it entirely and drift into the void of my own egotistical subconscious. The way I figure it, there's nothing I can do until tomorrow anyway, so I might as well just leave it for now.
