What do Americans call guy's underpants? 'Cause over here it is "pants" but American "pants" are trousers right? So what do you call our 'pants'?

Underware, briefs, boxers, boxer-briefs, Y-fronts, tighty-whities.

I use "drawers" but I'm weird. Most likely the first three.

I call them underpants... but you can also call them briefs or boxers, depending on what sort of underpants the guy is wearing.

And yes, you are correct... your trousers are our pants. Crazy differences in dialects!
