clo_againI'm not entirely sure how I managed to catch a cold in the middle of summer. Especially since I hardly *ever* catch colds. Bizarre. Must be exam stress.
Had a nice day today working + shopping. I need to do some revision tonight really but I'm all cold-y and tired so I may settle for re-reading the first half of The Aeneid. Or maybe I'll write some more revision-related fic or something. Hhhmm.
I got my accomodation stuff for Lancaster today and it made me realise exactly *how* important these exams are. I'm suddenly glad I didn't get into Warwick where I would have needed AAB - I'd have been comatose with stress right now. Three Bs is a more comforting level to aim for but still... stress. Urgh. Plus accomodation is expensive. We've worked out it's almost £1000 a term for the room I want. If I knew someone else who was going we could have had a twin studio apartment with our own kitchette and bathroom for much less, around £660 a term. -_- So annoying. But despite some raised eyebrows from the parentals, it's ok I think. I think I'm going to have to save up to pay my own internet, gym and college costs once I;m there though - which should possible with me working this summer. So that's all good.
Hhhmm, now I need to find something productive to do. Think productive. Hhhmm.
