My laptop just threw an "OMG WTF ARE YOU TRYING TO DO RUNNING WINDOWS UPDATE ON ME YOU STRANGE AND FREAKY PERSON, GETITTHEFUCKAWAYFROMMEOMG!!1!!11!!!1!" tantrum. I stared blankly at the screen for a moment, was about to shut it down when... it all went away and it was like nothing had ever happened. o_O Am confused by own laptop. Ggrrr.
I miss one night, ONE NIGHT online and am already a gazillion miles behind. I'm going to email Merc and update the PH bible slash pages but it's my 'night off' (since I'm working tomorrow) and I'm debating working on Tears of Heaven which I've been working on plot points for all week. On the other hand, I may be too tired, so I don't know. I may just potter around and waste time. Always fun.
Had fantastically amusing English lesson today. ^__^ Martin seemed to be in a procrastinating mood and we got onto the fights he got into when he was younger, how not to smash your best friend in the face with an ashtray and why the man on a horse statue in Chester should be replaced with one of princess Diana. I lvoe those lessons. :-)
I also finally bought a copy of Lolita which has been referred to in practically *everything* I've read over the last few weeks. I'd been meaning to read it for ages and when the Jodie Foster biography I'm reading for media even mentioned it I cracked and bought a copy. I think the guy behind the counter at Waterstones was giving me a funny look while I paid but that cold be paranoia. Hhhmm.
Anyway, much to do and a ton of friends list +250 or whatever to catch up on. Love, peace and jelly babies!
