... that there's things you're meant to be doing and you just can't remember *what*? Yeah I have that. So if I've horribly offended anyone by not commenting or emailing or *something* in the last couple of days... it wasn't me. It was my brain cell malfunctioning. Sorry.

I know I was *meant* to be going to Borders this morning to look for Classics revision notes and The Aeneid on CD but my dad decided to come along. Reason not to go one. Then he decided he needed shoes. Reason not to go number two. Then my mum decided *I* needed to look for shoes and I put my foot down and said no thank you I don't want to spend my day wandering aimlessly around Cheshire Oaks when I have stuff to do coming out my ears. Parents accused me of being miserable. I just nodded and smiled and left.

Was also *meant* to be going to the circus in town with a group from English but we've all heard bad thing about it so we've called it off. Suggested the cinema instead but our local cinema seems to have it's head up it's ass in terms of actually showing *good* movies lately. Hidalgo's not even showing anymore and I HAVEN'T SEEN IT YET. *weeps* It only came out like two weeks ago and last week it was showing at insanely stupid times. I WANT TO SEE THIS MOVIE DAMN YOU FOOLISH CINEMA! And they're not showing Troy till near the end of May. Am about to fall over in a sobbing heap of raging fury any second now.

Have discovered I love The Beatles. Was mildly surprised I hadn't realised this before. Parents have plenty of Beatles CDs. This is good.

Am seriously amused at how trolls and stupid people can turn the most innocent discussion into an insult war, complete with retractions and false apologies. It's insane. Sometimes the quote "Please stop being on my side. It's making my side look stupid" (which I have no idea where I heard)applies to a scary degree. I wish people would just chill out for crying out loud. Get a drink, eat some chocolate, put your feet up, just ignore it. Honestly. It's not rocket science.
;-)

Crowley and Aziraphale have conquered my mind in a hostile takeover and are currently arguing about what colours to redecorate in and what size bed they need. I do not need this right before my exams. How am I supposed to concentrate on 2000 year old literature when I have an angel and a demon having a domestic in my head? Damn fictional characters!

Suppose I should go do some work. *sigh*

Beatles <3

Crowley and Aziraphale having a domestic? The hell..?
(Just don't let 'Zira at the flaming sword, ne?)

On the other hand, this means fic, right? :D

I'm wondering exactly how I'd stop him... (threaten to pair him off with War perhaps?)

And yes it means more fic. I don't think I've concentrated on anything other than Good Omens fic in the last week. It's somewhat distracting, but good fun. ^__^ Not sure when more'll be up but I'll post any as soon as they're done.

I haven't seen Hidalgo either!

We were supposed to go, but as I was driving on the highway to go pick up my friends beforehand, there was a lot of traffic and we missed it. The traffic was caused by some crates of live chickens that had fallen off the back of the truck, and ran all over the road. Maybe that was worth it :D Even though I didn't see them myself.

Now that is the hand of Fate intervening and telling you not to see Hidalgo. ^__~ Live chickens wow... *giggles* How often will you be able to use that excuse truthfully in your life? "I was late because of the chickens."

When I found out the next day that it was chickens (by the time I had passed the accident they were gone) I nearly died laughing. Technically we could've gone to a later showing after that, but I didn't know how my friends were going to get back into the city and I didn't want to drive them back too late since I had gotten lost in a not-so-great neighborhood on the way to pick them up, hehe.

Ah but that would have been in defiance of the chickens. ^__~ A dangerous thing is an angry chicken.

(Er... I should probably eat less sugar. Oh well. At least I have the icon to fit. ^__~)
