Mario Kart Double Dash on the Gamecube stole my weekend in a hostile takeover. Bastards. I should sue Nintendo for my two days back. ^__~ Seriously, it's far too addictive, especially when trying to get the Special Cup. I came second two points behind first. It's driving me crazy (no pun intended).

What time I haven't spent racing cartoon karts around insane courses this weekend, I've spent writing which is doing okay, or as okay as it ever goes with me. Also watched the first season Angel episode "I Will Remember You" last night and realised that (a) I shouldn't watch that episode anymore because I cry too much and (b) Buffy/Angel is still and always has been my OTP. Which is surprising considering the sheer amount of pairings I go through every week.

Never did the essay I was supposed to do but it's not in till Wednesday so I'll do it tonight. *writes it on her hand* I am not taking exams in Mario Kart, I am not taking exams in Mario Kart.... Or in slash for that matter. Gggrrr.

It's actually sunny today which enticing me to wear my purple cords. However they got so soaked when it snowed last time I wore them I'm afraid of it raining and the same thing happening. And there is nothing worse than wet cords. o_O So. Will think on it. I've only got 2 1/2 hours of lessons so it's not like it really matters.

My brother has complained, telling me I communicate in vowel sounds. And I actually do - if someone throws something at me or annoys me, I tend to just growl a random stream of gibberish at them. Must investigate strange talent further. Maybe can get job in zoo as an exhibit.

I want to see Hidalgo. And I want to see Troy. And I want to see Prisoner of Azkaban. But I can't see any of those right now due to British cinema and foolish release dates in the middle of my exams. Joy. So I'll go get dressed for college instead.

Agreed. It was raining today, and I had the stupidity to use my 'wee' umbrella which helps not at all, and mmm, wet cords on public transport. Sigh.

I ended up with the opposite problem and it was too hot. *sigh* Alas! Never are we happy with the weather.

*sympathises* Urgh. The only good part about that scenario is when you get home and can finally change into something dry. Which definitely rates near the top on my list of "Best Feelings in the World."

Well, honestly, the weather about Melbourne is so unpredictable anyway that if I had worn something appropriately waterproof it would have been sunny all day, and then made me overheat also. Bloody weather. Carrying an umbrella around no matter what the season is the norm for me. ><

Weather is all sunshiney today - I am unimpressed. I am also quite certain it will revert to the rain of yesterday when I am not expecting it.
