The whole English thing totally spiralled into madness today. One of the boys had written a petition to pass round saying we felt we would benefit from even just an hour or so a week with Martin, but the new teacher took it off us, then at the end of the lesson read it out and tried to make us all sound stupid by going through it point by point. She had the cheek to say she had "a very relaxed teaching style" when all lesson she'd been making snippy remarks and being all sarcastic. 0_0 She kept us there for *25 minutes* when we all had other lessons to go to, so not only was she trying to humiliate all of us by making us sound stupid and implicating Martin had been lying when he said he wanted to keep teaching us, she made me miss half of Media which is the only lesson I'm actually enjoying at the moment! *pushes english teacher off a cliff* Does she expect us to even try and get along with her if she treats us like that? She dealt with it in an immature and totally selfish way. I wasn't really thinking seriously of dropping english before, but after today I'm practically willing to drop out of college entirely. I think I should have done what Laura did, the full Art course with one other A-level, probably Media. It's too late to change now because they've done too much work which is so irritating -_- If she wanted to get us on her side then she was going about it the wrong way the first time she opened her mouth. I was willing to give her chance; now she just lost it. Tomorrow I'm going to ask which exam board we're doing so I can download the syllabus off their website and learn english that way. All I want is a particular teacher for just an hour a day; is that such a problem in the huge scheme of things? Obviously for people like our new english teacher it is!!

I have *got* to stop ranting about this; It's just she really upset me today. Anyway, moving on, I GOT MY LORD OF THE RINGS SPECIAL EDITION!!! Haven't been able to watch it yet though because it would mean kicking my brother off the TV and I haven't got the energy. But I'd probably be sitting glued to the TV if I started watching it, so it's probably a good thing I can't watch it now *grins*

Decided I needed some Squall icons. I should play on FF8 again; haven't played on it for months, but I'm so tired. Hhhm... maybe some good FF playing is just what I need to cheer me up. I also need to put some of these songs off my computer onto Cd. And play on the Sims. And play on Rollercoaster Tycoon. And.. and... and.... *eyes cross*

I think I'll stick to FF8. And possibly 9 if I can switch my brain on long enough to work it out.
