clo_againBorders came through for me and I got a copy of Peter Pan However the only ones they had was a slightly expensive (but extremely pretty) hardback version for £9:99 or a movie version which wasn't what I wanted. So I 'ummed' and 'ahhed' for a while then decided to get the hardback copy, which really is very pretty. And then the woman offered to pay half so that was excellent. Was also tempted by a copy of 'Dracula' and 'The Phantom of the Opera' but resisted. I have far too many books to read as it is. I have decided when I eventually get my own house to turn one of the rooms into my own library though. Must add it to the list! Mission #405, Create own library....
I don't know if I'm just tired or slightly dislillusioned or just lazy right now, but am in a somewhat melancholy mood. *muses* Not depressed, not sad, just like..... "eh".
Am off to tidy my disgustingly messy bedroom and play with the camera I've borrowed from college to log my music video shots. There is a ton of stuff I'm supposed to be doing on the 'net, emails, reviewing, updating Planet Helen's member's corner.... and I simply haven't got the energy. I think I may play on The Sims Deluxe on my laptop later though. My brother bought me a copy because it was going cheap. ^___^ He may drive me nuts and call me a sick slash fan, but I luff him really. Plus the Sims Deluxe has some massively cool stuff. Will have to install it on the main computer once I get all my Sims expansion paks back from Chris and Daniel. Who are going to lose vital parts of their anatomy if I don't get the games back soon. *glares*
