*yawns and points at icon*

I forgot to introduce my new icon when I posted it earlier. For some reason the damned thing took me hours to do. Probably because I was using it to experiment with so many things. Have also spent tonight making icons - it's fun to actually have a *purpose* to making them rather than knowing they'll just sit and gather 'dust' on your computer. Also tried a variety of new things and was quite pleased with how some of them came out. Hhhmm. Will have to try them again in future.

WTF is up with our weather? An hour ago there was about three milimetres of ice on the cars - now it's blody RAINING!! RAINING I TELL YOU!! GAH! There seems to be handfuls of snow mixed in with it but still, just when I was hoping for a beautifully frosty morning.... Now we just have to hope it doesn't go suddenly cold again - we won't need to go to the ice rink to go skating on Tuesday, we could just slide up and down on the pavements if this rain freezes. -_- But where's my snow dammit?

I think I'm getting a sore throat. *sighs* I really hope I'm not ill and can't go ice skating Tuesday. Haven't been skating for *ages*. Plus I - or actually my dad - am supposed to be giving about three people a lift, so being ill would really screw everything up. *sighs again and wills herself not to be ill*

*giggles* The cocktail in "Frankie and Benny's" (a restaurant over here and probably in other places too) called 'P.S. I Love You' is named after a Beatles song. I never knew that. *muses* Of course it never really works for us girls since there are never any cute guy waiters there - the idea is to wait until they've taken your order and are just turning to leave then you yell, "Wait! And a 'P.S. I Love You'!" *grins* One day I'll do it. Probably while drunk on a dare, but I'll do it.

Right, I'm going to give up on waiting for proper snow and go to bed. I can't believe it's 4:20am. Where did my Saturday go?! o_O

Chicago weather can be fun like that. Blech. Lately, we've been getting off fairly easy... makes me wonder if a blizzard will jump us.

*sighs* Damn weather. I swear it does it just to mock me. Although I'd be very happy if a blizzard decided to jump *us*. ^____^ Haven't had proper deep snow for years.

Eheeh, the icon is very cute. I'm always very concerned when it comes to that picture as it looks like Orlando is about 0.5 seconds away from making Johnny a eunuch. ;P
