I hate 'Little Caesar'. I hate ithateithateithateit. Why can't we study a *fun* film genre like comedy, or sci-fi, or even last year's Action/Adventure which was cool? Why bloody *gangster*? Grrrrr! Though it gives me the perfect excuse to rent 'Donnie Brasco' so it's not *all* bad I guess. Still we're supposed to be doing a presentation on 'Little Caesar' today, how the stuff in it became 'generic indicators' for gangster movies and I'm like.... -_- because I've hardly ever WATCHED gangster movies so how the hell am I supposed to know generic indicators for them? This new media teacher is pissing me off more and more. It's as if she thinks we should automatically *know* all these things like gangster movie generic indicators and what to say about them and just what the hell actually *happened* in the movie since most if not all of us were at something of a loss. She's not like Caroline last year; I can deal but she's certainly not a relaxing teacher to have - she changes her mind about what she said every lesson. o_O Teachers. It's not the work that's hard, it's putting up with the teaching.

I finally quit waiting for Amazon to get it's act together and send my 'Edward Scissorhands' DVD. I cancelled the order with them and ordered it and 'Benny and Joon' off Play.com instead which was processing my order within half an hour of it being placed. Amazon's excuse was 'problems with the suppliers' but 'Edward Scissorhands' is *not* a difficult DVD to get; I could walk out to my local MVC and pick it off the shelf for the same price I was paying to Amazon so what the fuck they're up too I don't know. I think I'll order PotC off Play.com. *wriggles happily* Can't *wait* for that DVD. My brother suggested getting it for Christmas and I'm like "WTF?! I'm not waiting an extra month to get it!" He says I'm obsessed. A-hem. I'm not, honest. *coff* Anyway, could get 'Benny and Joon' and E.S.' Friday morning if I'm lucky, or maybe Saturday. ^_________^ *touch wood*

I should be getting ready right now so I suppose I'll be off. Driving lesson this afternoon. *cries* I don't like drivng. I really don't. The only reason I'm so happy when I get out the car is that I have a whole week before I have to do it again. -_- We should all have chauffeurs or personal helicoptors or something. ^__~

And finally, having been recently re-watching series one of Smallville, I have to say how much I still love Lex/Clark. And everyone needs to hug Lex. Now. Go! Then he won't go evil and all will be right with the world. ^_____^ *hugs Lex*
