Then, in one of the comments, someone mentioned Jack Sparrow plushies and I want to know: does such a thing exist? An piece of (un-cursed) Aztec gold to the first person who finds me a Jack Sparrow plushie I can buy in the UK! Yo-ho!

Jesus, it's twenty to one and I'm going shopping tomorrow. Better head bedwards. Go forth my friends and bring news of Jack Sparrow plushies in the world! Find me a Will Turner one and you get half a piece of gold. Suggest I'm obsessive and I'll set the monkey on you.

There are websites for people who special-make plushies. That's where I got LadyJackyl's Elrond plushie. They cost quite a bit, comparatively, though.

Ooo, I remember the Elrond plushie. Was very cool. But the dreaded words 'cost quite a bit' make me sigh. *sighs* I think I'll have to add it to my list of things to buy "When I get the money", ie. in about ten years time. *thinks longingly of Jack plushies* Ah well.
