NEW LAPTOP THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. ACTUALLY FREAKING WORKS. So far anyway. He's only been on two hours. Give him time.

Anyway, as you can see I'm home from Cardiff and very tired and very full of Chinese food and very very happy that Harry the Second, while not the laptop I would've chosen (besides the more important issues, there're immovable solid 'feet' underneath that are very annoying when he's on your knee), is actually working. Although I haven't quite grasped this keyboard being canted right yet to make room for the special easy-DVD keypad. NaNoWriMo is going to be interesting.

Spooks just threw me. Completely. What? Although I'll take shirtless Richard Armitage any day. Mmmmmmm. Pasty deliciousness.

Sleep. Sleeeeeeeeep. I'm so glad I get nothing but that for the next two days. Though, I have no more birthday for another year and that's sad... but there's always Christmas. :D

Don't worry, I have your postcard here so I can post it on from slightly-less-awesome North Wales. ^_^ It was very fun. We discovered that if you stand on the Torchwood stone when the water that runs down the Hub is turned on, you get very wet; now I have to rewatch the episodes with it to see if the water's turned on and how they can all act through it without flinching, because it's cold. :)
