All should be yayness.
Mar. 16th, 2008 05:33 pmI've spent this weekend organising the next few months. Organising the fun parts anyway. :D As of now I'm off to London on Tuesday for ten days, then spending a weekend in Lancaster with S and A in April, going to the Hay Festival (books!! Lots and lots of books!!!!) for a couple of days at the end of May, then it's Wimbledon and back to
kindoftrouble's at the end of June. And last time I talked to
rainy_roz there was discussion of some sort of party-reunion for all the college people in July.
Common sense is trying to tell me that "saving to go travelling" meant "saving to go travelling in Australia" but common sense only lasts until I think "London! And Lancaster! And *books*, all those beautiful *books*!" Besides, none of it is exactly bankrupting me, unless
kindoftrouble gives me free rein in Forbidden Planet.
The good part about all these trips is that I'll have something to look forward to during the time I have to spend at home, which today especially has been more than slightly difficult. Actually it would be difficult to hate being here more than I hate it right now.
Must not throw in the towel and move to Cardiff. Must not. I want to go to Australia, I do. It's worth it.
